Rules and guidelines (not exhaustive)

A pupil who has been absent for more than three days at a stretch because of illness is expected to bring a Doctor's certificate stating type of illness before returning to school.

A student who comes to school without his/her complete uniform will not be allowed in the class-room and may be sent home except his/her birthday.

Student may be allowed a maximum leave of 3 days for the wedding of a real brother or sister. This will not be granted during examination days.

For all leave written request should be made to the class teacher. Not more than 3 days leave can be granted in one month.

Leave shall be considered only when the application is made by the parent or authorized guardian.

Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence for more than a week, disobedience and disrespect to teachers are each a sufficient cause for dismissal.

Any damage done in or about the school property must be made good by the parent of the student responsible, if the offender is not discovered, a collective fine may be imposed upon entire class. The decision of the Principal/School-in-charge regarding the amount to be paid is final.

Students are not allowed to bring to school or to keep with them valuable items including money etc. The school doesn't accept any responsibility for that.

It is understood that you entrust the Principal/School-in-charge with authority to correct and punish the student at his discretion.

Parents or guardian will be informed through the DIARY. They are requested to sign them by the next day as a proof that they have read them. This will be in favour of school as well as student.

Withdrawals of your child from their classes for mere social functions at home is not recommended because it retards his progress in school and minimizes his respect for regular hard work with consequent failure to progress in his studies.

Students should attend school regularly.

Pupil who have recently suffered from or exposed to any infectious disease will not be allowed to attend school unless they bring the Doctor's certificate.

Parent/ Guardian or other persons are not permitted to see the students or consult their teachers during school hours without prior permission of the Principal/ School-in-charge. The members of the staff should be seen in their off time by previous appointment and permission of the Principal /School-in-charge only.

If a child is absent for an exam, he/she will be marked ABSENT. There will be no re-exam.

Students should take care of school property. They should not write or scratch on desks, chairs, walls or doors of the school nor should they damage property belonging to others.

The school doesn’t accept any responsibility for accident in school premises or during conveyance of your ward or any loss of property, parts of the body or life, although proper care is taken to prevent such things.

Parents are earnestly requested to enforce regularity and discipline at home and see to it that their children prepare their lessons and assigned homework. The diary should be checked daily.

During class time student should move about in silence and order. They should not pluck any leaf or flower in the school lawn and must not be scribble anything on the walls.

The school reserves the right to dismiss students whose diligence or progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students or whose parents / guardian show little interest in the progress of their wards or whose fees are not submitted timely or are due.

Do not telephone the school on declared holidays and beyond school timing and for information already written in the school diary.
